Health Ecosystem Awareness, Resilience & Transformation (HEART)

The program is beneficial to potential changemakers focusing on transformation in complex health ecosystems where systems thinking, systems awareness and an approach that considers systems resilience is applicable.  

Changemakers are introduced to the concepts of self, interpersonal and systems awareness with a focus on practicing the skills and values in the Inner Development Goals framework.

We believe that complex challenges in health, care and wellbeing cannot be addressed by traditional ways of thinking and operating. We are in a pattern of addressing adaptive challenges with outdated technical means. An unprecedented innovative systems awareness approach powered by adaptive skills is needed to drive new outcomes, behaviors, paradigms, systems transformation, and system trajectories.

We explore, collect, and share scientifically supported knowledge, skills, and approaches, provide a competency framework and open resources to help us live meaningful, sustainable, and productive lives.

Inner Landscape

Exploring your Inner Landscape is a method of inquiry that cultivates your ability to let go of self-created limitations. Tap into your curiosity to find joy and expand your world view.

It is an experiential journey through all of our senses, bound by a dining experience. You will finish the experience with an interpretation of your inner belief system and the curiosity to explore it further.
